DOZA Group Inc. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for its head office in Quezon City. The role focuses on detailed cost planning, BOQ preparation, and ongoing cost control across multiple projects including commercial and hospitality sectors.
The successful candidate will review drawings, prepare estimates, and coordinate with PMs, procurement, and accounting to ensure profitability and adherence to budgets. Prior site exposure is highly valued.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is technically competent, commercially minded, and understands actual construction operations.
This is a Head Office-based position in Quezon City supporting multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings and identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential cost risks.
Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontract cost estimates.
Assist in bid preparation, tendering, and project budgeting.
Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations, including scope, quantities, rates, and exclusions.
Review and validate subcontractor progress billings.
Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and identify potential overruns or savings.
Prepare and monitor variation orders, change orders, and additional works.
Conduct site visits when necessary to verify actual quantities and project progress.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality and requirements.
Maintain accurate BOQ, cost, billing, variation, and commercial records.
Provide management with timely cost reports and commercial information needed for project decisions.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimating, or Construction Cost Management.
Actual construction site experience is highly preferred.
Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, retail, or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in:
Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Cost estimation and unit price analysis
Progress and subcontractor billings
Variation orders and change management
Cost monitoring and control
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and actual site conditions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar take-off software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
We prefer candidates who have experience in both actual site construction and quantity surveying.
