The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates and maintaining cost records. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Extract quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and update Bill Quantities for bidding and project budgeting.
• Develop project cost estimates based on quantities, labor, and materials.
• Assist purchasing in supplier and subcontractor comparison.
• Analyze subcontractor quotations and ensure scope completeness.
• Evaluate cost impact of change orders and design revisions.
• Assist project team in progress billing and cost reconciliation.
• Maintain cost records and quantity tracking.
