Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and support bidding from planning through completion.

You will produce BOQ, handle costing for stores and renovations, coordinate with contractors and designers, and ensure cost, quality, and project alignment across initiatives in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in costing, estimation, or project management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of construction processes and materials is an advantage.

About the Role
