Job summary

Globaltronics Inc. is seeking a cost engineer/quantity surveyor for on-site work in Mandaluyong. You will be responsible for accurate cost estimates, timely billings, budget forecasting, and cost control across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with 2–5 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and QS software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts and procurement processes.

• Number of approved variation orders processed on time.
• Project budget compliance rate. o Timely completion of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
• Quantity take-off and cost analysis.

• Budget forecasting and financial reporting.
• Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
