Job summary

Globaltronics Inc. is seeking a cost engineer/quantity surveyor for on-site work in Mandaluyong. You will be responsible for accurate cost estimates, timely billings, budget forecasting, and cost control across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with 2–5 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and QS software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and quantity surveying software.

Responsibilities

• Accuracy of cost estimates (within ±5% of actual cost).
• Timely submission of progress billings and reports.
• Budget forecasting and financial reporting.
• Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budgeting and cost control for projects.
• Quantity take-off and cost analysis.
