is seeking a qualified QS Manager to oversee tendering through project close-out. The role supports Sales and Marketing to meet bid deadlines and ensures all technical and cost concerns are addressed before finalizing contracts with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 7-10 Year(s) of working experience as QS for Costing and Quantity take off.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• High Accuracy in Quantification of Scope of Works.
• Knowledge of cost control, cost benefit, and risk analysis.
• Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money.
• Measure and value work done on site.
• Planning & Time Management skills.
• Detail Oriented and Pro- Active.
• Result Oriented, Team Player.
• Can handle great pressure to meet deadlines.
