Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Qualtrics Coordinator to support employee listening, feedback, and surveys across the firm.

The role designs, deploys, and administers surveys and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions and enhance the employee experience. As part of the Talent Management team, the coordinator streamlines survey processes, delivers reporting, and provides Qualtrics administration and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Qualtrics or a comparable survey platform.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, HR systems or other Talent Management technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Survey design, administration, and maintenance in Qualtrics.
• Manage survey distribution, monitoring, completion tracking, and data collection.
• Develop Qualtrics dashboards, reports, and visualizations for insights.
• Export, validate, clean, and analyze survey data.
• Support Talent Management projects and prepare materials.
