CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Talent Management Qualtrics Coordinator in the Philippines. The role designs, deploys, and administers surveys via Qualtrics, delivering dashboards and insights to support data-driven decisions.

You will streamline survey processes and provide administration support within Talent Management. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience with Qualtrics or similar platforms, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a detail-oriented,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with Qualtrics or a comparable survey platform.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations preferred.

Responsibilities

Survey Design, Administration, and testing in Qualtrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Export, validate, clean, and analyze survey data.
Provide Qualtrics platform support and coordination for Talent Management projects.
