You will lead recruiting for client-facing and practice management roles across Audit, Tax, and Advisory, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, campus recruiting, building talent pipelines, attending career events, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 3+ years recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists and Outlook
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our People & Culture team located in our Philippines Office.

YOUR TEAM.

As a part of the global TA team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring talent for our client facing (Audit, Tax and Advisory) and practice management roles. You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding their business and their needs. You will work together with your clients to develop the appropriate recruiting strategies to meet the goals of the business.

YOUR ROLE.

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn the innerworkings of the business and become a Trusted Advisor to your hiring managers. Your focus will be identifying, attracting, recruiting and hiring talented individuals into various service lines and practices within the firm at the experienced levels year-round, and at the entry level during specific time of the year. By understanding your clients’ business and their needs, you will partner with them on developing recruiting strategies that align with their goals. This role reports into Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader

You will be responsible for:

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for primarily experienced hires, and seasonally for campus hires across the Philippines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and execute a proactive recruiting strategy in partnership with global talent acquisition leadership, focused on building strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships.
• As necessary, build and maintain relationships with key universities and career services teams to strengthen the firm’s campus presence and brand.
• Identify, coordinate, and attend career fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local HR, business leaders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and onboarding readiness.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or commensurate work experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience; professional services or consulting industry experience preferred
• Prior experience in campus recruiting is preferred
• Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists and Outlook
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude
