Qualifications

• Strong QA methodologies and RCA expertise.
• Proficient in QA reporting, Excel pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of Quality Analysts to ensure audit alignment.
• Analyze quality data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Lead calibration sessions with internal and client teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Quality Performance reports for leadership.
• Coach operations in process enhancements.
