Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead onsite quality monitoring and deliver timely QC outputs at our Cebu site. The role requires 1–2 years of BPO team leadership experience and at least two years of college, with a focus on process quality and client satisfaction.

You will partner with Operations and Migration teams to push Quality Excellence initiatives, prepare SLA reports, and run calibration sessions.

Qualifications

• Education: At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• Work Experience: 1–2 years in BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality monitoring, feedback, reporting, and other QC deliverables are completed on time.
• Support the implementation of Quality Excellence initiatives in coordination with Operations and Migration teams.
• Prepare accurate and timely quality and SLA performance reports.
• Conduct calibration and Gage R&R sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, QSD, and audit requirements.
• Work with Operations to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
