Job summary

TOYOFLEX CEBU CORPORATION is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for higher productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will analyze production data, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.

The role involves SOP development, KPI monitoring, and collaboration on NPI, process validation, and equipment qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and process performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify process issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve process-related problems.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and equipment qualification.
• Establish and improve process parameters, specifications, and control plans.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other process-improvement methodologies.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing to optimize resources.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Train operators and production personnel on new or improved processes.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment, tools, materials, and technologies to improve operations.
• Prepare technical reports and present process improvement results to management.
