Job summary

IQ Packaging & Logistics Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and initiate QA systems, establish quality standards, and coordinate with logistics for product specifications.

The role includes developing QA plans and procedures to ensure finished goods meet quality standards and collaborating on improvement opportunities. The candidate should have a background in logistics, at least 2 years in manufacturing/warehousing, and be willing to work six days a week on a shifting

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Micro, Bio, or any allied course
• With at least 2 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations
• With background in logistics
• Must be a team player and with leadership skill.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week and on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Develops and initiates Quality Assurance Systems and Programs.
• Responsible in establishing quality standards
• Coordinates with Logistics and Operations Department for processes and specifications of new and existing products.
• Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality and standards.
• Continuously evaluate the quality and food safety system for product and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the other concerned department.
• Handle questions and complaints from clients.
• Conducts Monthly Good Manufacturing Practices Audit on factory.
