Job summary

YSEN Honda Philippines Packaging (Honda Box Plant) is seeking a QA Supervisor to monitor and improve supplier quality performance and to address customer complaints.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in QA supervision within packaging, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and CAPA processes, plus meticulous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years as QA Supervisor.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Prepare and monitor 8D and CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration reports and records.
• Prepare quality reports and records.
• Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
