• Ensure accuracy of evaluations, analysis, and staff performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality work group across sites/geos, assign work and monitor attendance.
• Maintain metrics on individual and team performance.
• Evaluate process effectiveness and drive improvement actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee audits of key support processes and recommend changes.
