Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Manager with 5+ years in EMS/semiconductor manufacturing to lead our QC activities and ensure adherence to procedures and customer requirements.

The role focuses on developing inspection and control plans, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. A strong background in ISO 9001 and DCC is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management within EMS/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS incl. ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Experience maintaining QMS and Document Control Center (DCC).
• Knowledge of EMS: PCBA, box-build, in-/process/final inspection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing problem solving.
• Open to Malaysian candidates to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC activities to ensure compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and quality docs.
• Monitor quality KPIs; analyze trends; drive CI to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Lead investigations of complaints using structured problem solving.
• Coordinate quality issues, audits, and corrective actions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure ISO compliance and support audits.
• Manage and develop the Quality team to meet objectives.
• Support NPI, process transfer, and ECAs for quality readiness.

• Knowledge of EMS processes such as PCBA, box-build assembly, incoming/in-process/final inspection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with customer-facing experience.
• Open to Malaysian candidates willing to work in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process transfer, and engineering change activities to ensure quality readiness.
