Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced QA supervisor for our on-site Cavite facility. The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001/14001 compliance and leading quality audits across the plant, with responsibility for process controls and document management.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in QA within electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent analytical and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineer or Electronics and Communication Engineer (required).
• At least 5 years supervising QA-related functions in an electronic manufacturing firm.
• Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure and drive improvements.
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with knowledge of regulations.
• Keen attention to detail and effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve plant compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards and quality specifications.
• Coordinate all quality activities; lead internal quality audits and report on performance.
• Represent the company during qualification, certification audits, and client/reviewer interactions.
• Supervise document control, Quality manual, and procedures; ensure proper archival and disposal.
• Assist in establishing quality policy and ensuring its implementation and achievement.
• Ensure QMS is implemented and quality objectives are met; drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead quality plans and ensure product/service quality meets company standards.
• Initiate actions to prevent recurrence of problems and have authority to halt production if needed.
• Attend regular meetings with customers and provide required quality documentation.
• Develop yearly internal audit and improvement plans for quality and conduct internal audits as per SOPs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Monitors and improves compliance of the plant with quality standards of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and specification requirements including revisions of the Quality Manual as applicable.

2. Coordinates all Quality activities of the plant. Organizes, heads and monitors the Internal Quality Audit program and proper functioning of the specified center, spearheads the periodic internal Quality Audit meeting. Reports on performance of Quality systems during management review.

3. Represents the company/assists the customer /external certification bodies during qualification, process/certification audit, system compliance and subsequent re-assessment.

4. Supervises the company-wide control of documents, Quality manual and procedures in terms of issuance, retrieval, archival and disposal.

5. President's assistant in establishing quality policy and its implementation and achievement.

6. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the QMS (Quality Management System) is implemented and that Quality objectives and goals are met.

7. Responsible for Quality activities and implementation of Quality plans, Quality of the products and services of the company and

compliance with the requirements of the company's Quality system.

8. Ensures actions are initiated to prevent recurrence of actual existing problems relating to products and processes. If necessary,

has authority to discontinue production to correct quality problems.

9. Ensures that the actions are implemented for potential and/or actual non-conformities are verified and those adequate controls

are in place until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

10. Attends regular meetings with customers pertaining to Quality & standard requirements and responsible/provides necessary requested documents and reports on Quality as per need by the customer.

11. Establish yearly audit and improvement plan for Quality. Conducts internal audits of system, product and process conditions according to Quality control flow chart, standard operating procedures and work instruction
