Job summary

Johnson Audio and Video Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the quality assurance and control activities in our electronics manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and Mandarin, lead the QA/QC team, and drive ISO 9001–based QMS, CAPA programs, IPQC improvements, and root-cause analyses. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI, and other departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in QA/QC, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in a QA/QC leadership role.
• Knowledge of QMS, CAPA, IPQC, root-cause analysis.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team and oversee daily quality activities.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
• Monitor and improve IPQC and overall product quality.
• Analyze defects and lead CAPA and root-cause analyses.
• Monitor quality performance, defects, yield, and customer-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Lead continuous quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review quality reports for management.
• Support audits.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee the company's quality assurance and quality control activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electronics manufacturing and be capable of communicating effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team and oversee daily quality activities.

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and control systems.

• Monitor and improve In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and overall product quality.

• Analyze product and process defects and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor quality performance, defects, yield, and customer-related quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI, and other departments to resolve quality issues.

• Lead continuous quality and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare and review quality reports and present quality performance to management.

• Support internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing company.

• Proven experience in a QA/QC Manager or equivalent leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of QMS, QC processes, IPQC, defect analysis, CAPA, and root cause analysis.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality improvement methodologies is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin – REQUIRED.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
