Job summary

Pricon is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to plan, manage, and improve the quality system across Cabuyao's manufacturing operations in Laguna. You will ensure products meet customer requirements, comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Job description

The role is responsible for planning, managing, and improving the PMI’s quality control system. The role ensures that all products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and PMI quality objectives while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, or related field) or any related course.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable quality management systems.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, internal and external audits, and supplier quality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
