The Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bataan, responsible for overseeing and improving all quality-related activities within the manufacturing facility. This role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems, including establishing standards, procedures, and documentation to meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager monitors product quality performance, analyzes data trends, manages root cause investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating audits, managing nonconformities, supervising quality staff, and ensuring calibration and validation of equipment and processes. The role also involves training team members on quality practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and preparing reports and metrics for local and regional leadership.
