Job summary

ICOAST MANUFACTURING GROUP, INC. in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking a Quality Management Officer to organize external audit preparations and ensure QMS compliance.

You will monitor quality objectives, manage document control, and conduct audits with findings reports and CAPA actions, collaborating with auditors and certifying bodies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 2–3 years experience in Quality Management System.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in auditing, quality control and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize external audit preparation by customers, ISO, auditors and certifying bodies.
• Monitor and ensure QMS is implemented and quality objectives met.
• Full control of document issuance, retrieval, archival and disposal.
• Conduct audits including closing audit findings, creating audit findings reports, and determining corrective and preventive actions.
