EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking a QA Lead to manage quality assurance for a US healthcare account. You will lead audits, coach QA staff, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven dashboards created in Excel.

The role requires onsite work in Cebu, a night shift, and ASAP availability. Strong experience in QA tooling, analytics, and leadership will be essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• 2+ years as Quality Lead in a BPO; strong QA auditing & people management.
• Experience handling US healthcare accounts.
• 3+ years as Quality Analyst in BPO healthcare.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Hands-on with QA tools (7 tools).
• Ability to create dashboards from scratch & translate data into insights.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
• Night shift schedule.
• ASAP availability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage QA operations for a US healthcare account.
• Conduct quality audits & ensure adherence to standards.
• Coach QA personnel to improve audit accuracy & performance.
• Analyze quality trends, identify gaps, & implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality reports and dashboards.
• Create dashboards from scratch using advanced Excel capabilities.
• Utilize QA tools to monitor & improve quality.
• Partner with Operations to address recurring issues & drive improvement.
• Present quality insights and recommendations to management.
