Job summary

EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations for US Healthcare BPO and Revenue Cycle Management. You will oversee auditing, dashboards, and performance, working with stakeholders to ensure high service and compliance levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality management, strong Excel and EPIC skills, and a willingness to work onsite in Ortigas with night shifts. You will drive continuous improvement across the account.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant quality management experience.
• 3–5 years as a Quality Manager in a BPO setting.
• Strong background in quality auditing and people management.
• Experience with a US Healthcare account and RCM processes.
• Proficient with EPIC and advanced Excel; able to build dashboards.
• Knowledge of quality tools: Fishbone, Pareto, Control charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality teams supporting US Healthcare operations.
• Oversee quality auditing, calibration, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze quality trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports.
• Monitor metrics and provide actionable insights to operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using quality methodologies.
• Partner with Operations to close quality gaps.
• Participate in client discussions and quality reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across the account.
