Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to audit calls, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with QA standards. The role focuses on hospital billing context and US healthcare auditing, with night shift and onsite work in Cebu.

You will generate reports, provide actionable feedback, and support training, coaching, and calibration sessions to drive improvements in Quality and Productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• With Hospital Billing experience or minimum 2 years of RCM experience.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's Degree holder (any course).
• Experience in U.S. Healthcare auditing (calls, emails, and back-office processes).
• Proven experience in creating reports and performance dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Amenable to work onsite in Cebu and night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct call quality audits and ensure compliance with QA standards
• Manage, review, and upload voice call recordings
• Perform sales verification based on campaign requirements
• Generate accurate quality, productivity, and performance reports
• Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics
• Provide actionable feedback and improvement recommendations through Team Leads
• Facilitate calibration sessions and implement quality action plans
• Support training, coaching, and adherence to quality standards
• Conduct side‑by-side monitoring and deliver real‑time feedback
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
