The role requires 2+ years as Quality Lead in a US healthcare BPO, 3+ years as QA Analyst in healthcare, advanced Excel, and proven ability to create dashboards from scratch with strong data analysis and calibration skills.
Qualifications
- College graduate required.
- At least 2 years Quality Lead experience in a BPO US Healthcare account with strong healthcare background, auditing, and people management.
- At least 3 years Quality Analyst experience in BPO Healthcare.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced knowledge of QA tools and methodologies.
- Experienced in creating dashboards from scratch.
- Strong data analysis, performance trend identification, reporting, and calibration experience.
