Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and sense of urgency.
• Experience with process control tools and PCB technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of RoHS directives and compliance is a plus.
• Experience conducting audits using a process-based approach is beneficial.
• AI and automation literacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement well-defined repair processes and procedures.
• Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes repair process data to initiate process changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution of customer escalations.
• Develop customized solutions to increase system yield and meet KPIs, including new product transfers.
• Drives RCA and CAPA to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Generates timely reports on the status of process performance and updates on tasks.
• Owns the overall health of repair processes and ensures compliance with standards and customer requirements.
