Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Electronics and Communications.
• Diagnoses complex ATE failures at system and board level using data analysis.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership; collaborates across the org.
• Proficient in problem-solving and quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, fishbone, Pareto, and FMEA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive quality performance by monitoring DOA, WARR, and NFF with data analysis.
• Analyze test logs, schematics, failure trends, and repair history to improve troubleshooting.
• Develop and improve diagnostic methods, test coverage, repair processes, and docs.
• Own complex repair cases through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution and escalations.
• Lead RCA and CAPA implementations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Generate status reports on quality performance and project updates.
