Job summary

Concepcion Durables, Inc. is seeking a senior Quality leader to oversee the end-to-end Quality Management System across Product Development, Suppliers/OEMs, Factory QA, Service, Market, Warehouse and Logistics.

You will drive the Quality strategy, standards, policies and KPIs, and foster a data-driven and customer-focused quality culture. The role requires 15+ years in Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing with 8–10 years in leadership, including managing managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations
• At least 8–10 years in Quality leadership roles
• Experience managing managers, engineers and cross-functional Quality teams
• Strong background in manufacturing and supplier Quality management
• Experience with overseas suppliers/OEMs, preferably China or other Asian manufacturing locations
• Experience in New Product Introduction/Product Development Quality
• Experience in consumer durables, appliances, electronics, automotive, EMS/ODM/OEM or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Process Capability, AQL/Sampling, RCA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, CAPA and Quality Analytics
• CQE / CMQ-OE or Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier/OEM quality management, audits, corrective actions and supplier development
• Strengthen Factory Quality through Quality Control Plans, process audits, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and continuous improvement
• Lead analysis and resolution of customer complaints, warranty claims, field failures and recurring Quality issues
• Establish closed-loop corrective actions from customer/market issues through Service, Factory, Suppliers and Product Design
• Lead major Quality improvement initiatives, escalations and customer-related Quality concerns
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable Quality Management System requirements
• Develop Quality talent, organizational capability and a strong culture of prevention and continuous improvement
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Service, Sales and Marketing to achieve Quality objectives

About the role

Lead and govern company's end-to-end Quality Management System across Product Development, Suppliers/OEMs, Factory QA, Service, Market, Warehouse and Logistics.
