Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is hiring a QC Inspector to join the manufacturing team in San Juan, Philippines. The role focuses on inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site work with shifting schedules is required. Bachelor’s in related science is preferred, with strong HALAL background preferred.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition & Dietetics, or related science course.
• Strong background in HALAL preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HALAL Assurance System (HAS) is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant manufacturing/QC experience are welcome.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, packaging, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct sampling, testing, weighing, and equipment calibration.
• Monitor product traceability and identify non-conforming products.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, calibration logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
• Support HALAL compliance, internal audits, and quality improvement activities.
