Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a Quality Compliance Analyst - PHRN to monitor transactions according to process guidelines and provide timely feedback to support quality outcomes in our healthcare/BPO environment.

Candidates must have a BSN with an active Philippine RN license and 1–2 years of clinical experience; 1–2 years in BPO or group insurance is a plus, as is experience in quality/process excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited Philippines institution.
• Active Philippine RN license without restrictions.
• 1–2 years clinical/medical setting experience with active nursing license.
• 1–2 years BPO experience in contact center or group insurance is a plus.
• 1–2 years quality/process excellence experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions per process guidelines.
• Provide event-based and frequency-based feedback.
• Assist operations and process training teams in identifying training needs for agents and process-level issues to improve performance.
• Participate in team huddles and brief on quality performance.
• Lead calibration exercises with input from operations and training to ensure workflows are followed.
• Brief new staff joining the process and explain how the quality function operates.
• Coordinate all process improvement initiatives.

About the job Quality Compliance Analyst - PHRN

Education & License Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in the Philippines.
• Must possess and maintain an active Philippine Registered Nurse license, free from any restrictions, including, but not limited to, any sanctions, revocations, or suspensions, and comply with continuing education requirements to maintain this license.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of at least one (1) to two (2) years active experience in a clinical or medical setting where a valid and unencumbered Philippine nursing license is required to function.
• With at least one (1) to two (2) years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience in a contact center or group insurance account (eg. Disability Insurance, Healthcare) would be a plus.
• With at least one (1) to two (2) years of quality / process excellence experience would be a plus.
