Job summary

Globe is seeking a Test Automation Architect to drive enterprise-wide quality practices, embed quality early in development, and lead strategy, automation, and governance initiatives. You will design scalable test frameworks for web, API, and mobile apps, mentor engineers, and align quality with security standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, observability through test analytics, and continuous improvement within CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
At least 7–10 years in software quality assurance with expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks across multiple projects.
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives, define test strategies, and influence practices across programs.
Experience with CI/CD principles and integrating automated testing into pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile apps.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for test automation.
Lead adoption of automation tools (Playwright, RestAssured, Appium) across teams.
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for projects and programs.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a quality-first mindset.
