Job summary

enablesGROUP is seeking an experienced Test Automation professional to lead QA and automation initiatives across enterprise and ERP systems in a dynamic environment. The role combines hands-on automation with leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will design automation frameworks, build end-to-end test suites, and mentor QA engineers while collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, API, and ERP applications.
• Strong expertise with Playwright and modern QA principles.
• Hands-on testing across API, UI, and integration layers with robust defect reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites for web, API, enterprise, and ERP apps.
• Build automated smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Drive QA best practices, coding standards, and framework improvements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and Agile delivery.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, and defect records.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA and Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet quality goals.
