General Milling Corporation is hiring a RMFG-QC Supervisor in Cebu to oversee RMFG-QC Checkers and QA Analysts, ensure proper inspection of raw materials and finished goods, and maintain QA documentation.

The role requires a BS in Food Technology or related field, experience in QA/QC in food/feed manufacturing, and strong supervisory and communication skills. The position focuses on food safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the facility.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or allied sciences.
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in food or feed manufacturing preferred.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise RMFG-QC Checkers and QA Analysts and manage schedules and tasks.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, finished goods, and aged feed inventory for infestation, odor, condition, and sanitation.
• Inspect delivery vessels, lightening vessels, and floating storage prior to use.
• Document and disposition nonconforming materials and inspection findings.
• Initiate fumigation and pest control for infested materials.
• Conduct warehouse inspections focusing on infestation and sanitation.
• Maintain inspection records and QA documentation.
• Suggest improvements in quality control methods and systems.
• Assist in internal audits, inspections, non-conformance resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Occupational Safety policies.
