Qualifications

• Background in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or allied sciences.
• Experience in laboratory analysis or quality assurance in feed/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, microbiological and mycotoxin testing.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Able to work in a shifting schedule; aware of GLP, GMP and lab safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials, ingredients, and finished feed products according to procedures and specs.
• Conduct testing of samples for product evaluation and development.
• Perform re-testing to validate deviations or non-conformances.
• Communicate results that deviate from specs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Evaluate disposition of finished goods (commercial, hold, or non-commercial).
• Support documentation and upkeep of GLP/GMP processes.
