Job summary

General Milling Corporation (Cebu) is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to ensure incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods are inspected for infestation, olfactory cues, and physical condition. The role includes initiating fumigation and pest-control treatments for infested items.

The candidate will participate in warehouse inspections, focusing on infestation control and sanitation, and will be assigned to the Lapu-Lapu Plant.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry or allied sciences.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensures incoming raw materials are inspected for infestation, olfactory cues, and physical condition before use.
• Ensures outgoing finished goods are inspected for infestation, olfactory cues, and physical condition before load.
• Initiates fumigation and pest-control treatments for infested materials.
• Participates in warehouse inspections for infestation and sanitation.
