Responsibilities

• Monitor the team to enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist in checking resources to ensure no issues on volume, microphone and Dealer's voice range.
• Plan team activity and new functions for greater effectiveness.
• Review infractions and verify accuracy of records.
• Monitor tables for concealment, fraud and connivance among players and dealers.
• Submit daily reports to Studio Manager with accurate infractions and technical issues.
• Receive guidance from SA or DM for maintenance or paraphernalia changes.
• Monitor QA behaviors to ensure compliance with incident investigation policies.
• Assist in scheduled maintenance and monitor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the team in ensuring that they are strictly enforcing the policies and procedures of the operation.

• Assist in checking the resources from time to time to ensure that there are no issues on volume, microphone and Dealer's voice range.

• Plan the team's activity and new functions in order to be more effective in their job responsibilities.

• Review infractions and check if the recorded infractions are correct.

• Monitor table regularly to check for concealment, fraud and possible connivance of players and dealers.

• Submit daily report to Studio Manager which includes all the correct information on infractions and technical issues.

• Receive advice from SA or DM for activities such as maintenance, changing of paraphernalia and others.

• Monitor QA behaviors and make sure that everyone is following the company policies and procedures involved in incident investigation.

• Help in scheduled maintenance and monitor the activities.

About you
