Strong casino experience with a deep understanding of the casino industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor the team to enforce policies and procedures.
Assist in checking resources to ensure no issues on volume, microphone and Dealer's voice range.
Plan team activity and new functions for greater effectiveness.
Review infractions and verify accuracy of records.
Monitor tables for concealment, fraud and connivance among players and dealers.
Submit daily reports to Studio Manager with accurate infractions and technical issues.
Receive guidance from SA or DM for maintenance or paraphernalia changes.
Monitor QA behaviors to ensure compliance with incident investigation policies.
Assist in scheduled maintenance and monitor activities.
