Job Description

The Quality Assurance/Document Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our food products, as well as managing all related documentation to meet industry regulations and company standards. He/She will play a key role in overseeing food safety processes, reviewing and maintaining records, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of food safety standards, and expertise in document management systems.

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree of food related courses including but not limited to Food Technology, Restricted & Confidential Food and Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Chemical/Sanitary Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, document control, or compliance within a food production, commissary, or manufacturing environment.
• Food safety certifications such as HACCP, SQF, or ServSafe are strongly preferred.
• Experience with document management systems and quality management software is an asset.
• Willing to be assigned in Lancaster, General Trias Cavite.

Additional Requirements:

• Primarily office and warehouse-based, with occasional visits to production areas to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

• Must be able to work in cold storage or refrigerated environments as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
