Responsibilities

• Retail Operations Supervision: oversee daily branch operations, ensure SOPs and customer service quality.
• Wholesale Operations Support: supervise wholesale sales staff and service restaurants, hotels, and institutions.
• Sales Execution & Coordination: assist in promotions and merchandising, monitor sales trends.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring: coordinate replenishment with production, warehouse, and logistics.
• Administrative & Reporting Duties: document inventory movements, sales reports, and returns.
• Team Supervision & Development: train and coach branch staff and sales teams.
• Compliance & Quality Control: ensure meat handling compliance with NMIS, BFAR, FDA, LGU.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Retail Operations Supervision
  Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned retail branches to ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
  Monitor store sales performance, inventory levels, spoilage, and cleanliness.
  Conduct regular branch visits to check product display, cold storage conditions, and operational compliance.
  Assist in resolving operational issues such as manpower shortages, customer complaints, and stock concerns.
  Consolidate daily and weekly sales, inventory, and spoilage reports for management review.
  
• 2. Wholesale Operations Support
  Supervise wholesale sales staff and assist in servicing restaurants, hotels, and institutional clients.
  Monitor order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and basic client coordination.
  Track sales volume, collections status, and delivery performance of assigned accounts.
  Escalate key client concerns, pricing issues, and operational risks to the Operations Manager.
  
• 3. Sales Execution & Coordination
  Support implementation of sales targets, promotions, and trade marketing activities for both retail and wholesale channels.
  Ensure proper execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising guidelines.
  Monitor daily sales trends and report performance gaps or opportunities.
  
• 4. Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring
  Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
  Monitor inventory levels, cold storage efficiency, and spoilage rates at branch and warehouse level.
  Participate in periodic stock counts and assist in investigating variances and losses.
  
• 5. Administrative & Reporting Duties
  Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements, sales reports, delivery receipts, and returns.
  Assist in validating billing, collections follow-ups, and operational expense reports.
  Prepare operational summaries and recommendations for the Operations Manager.
  
• 6. Team Supervision & Development
  Supervise store staff, sales personnel, and support teams assigned to branches or wholesale operations.
  Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching of new hires on SOPs and food safety practices.
  Enforce discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
  
• 7. Compliance & Quality Control
  Ensure compliance with NMIS, BFAR, FDA, and LGU regulations related to meat handling and retail operations.
  Monitor sanitation, temperature controls, and food safety procedures in stores and delivery operations.
  Immediately report and assist in corrective actions for any quality or compliance issues.
  

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Food Technology, or related field.
• - At least 3–5 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations, preferably in meat, food service, or FMCG industries.
• - Experience in store supervision, inventory control, and sales coordination.
• - Working knowledge of food safety standards, cold chain logistics, and retail operations.
• - Strong organizational, reporting, and people supervision skills.
• - Proficient in MS Excel and basic retail or inventory systems (POS/ERP is an advantage).
• - Willing to conduct frequent store visits and field work.
