RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods, Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist - FIELD to oversee independent appraisals of policy effectiveness for the company's resources and operations.

The role ensures strict adherence to food safety procedures in all stores and restaurant operations. The successful candidate will prepare precise analyses, implement corrective actions, and coordinate refresher training for sales personnel, with deployment in the Central Luzon area.

Qualifications

• BS Food Technology degree required.
• Experience in the meat industry preferred.
• GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and ServSafe trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate independent appraisal of policy effectiveness for company resources and operations.
• Assist on planning and scheduling QAFA activities and provide technical support to team.
• Enforce strict food safety procedures across stores and restaurant operations.
• Prepare complete analysis and recommendations on audit findings to influence internal/external units.
• Detect non-compliance with food safety standards and policies.
• Support implementation of approved procedures to improve systems and processes.
• Recommend removal of obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory to maintain quality.
• Facilitate documentation and validation of internal and external complaints.
• Coordinate food safety refresher training for sales personnel.

Job Description

Facilitates timely and proper conduct of independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards of the company’s resources and operations.

• Provide relevant assistance on planning and scheduling on a timely and appropriate design of all QAFA activities, and provide technical assistance on the other member of the team

• Responsible and provide clear direction for the strict implementation of food safety procedures and standards in all stores and restaurant operations

• Provide clear and timely preparation of complete and accurate analysis, appraisals, recommendations on audit findings and results that can influence or convince both internal and external unit and have a positive strong impact within the department or on other operations

• Ensure fair and objective detection of non- compliances with regards on food safety standards and policies

• Provide and strict observance on proper implementation of an approved clear procedure to improve operational system and process

• Provides clear recommendations and assistance on removal of inventory items that are obsolete or damaged or expired to ensure that no stock is kept in circulation that is out of date or below par the company’s quality standard.

• Facilitate on proper documentation and validation of internal and external complaint

• Facilitate food safety refresher course training to all sales personnel

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology

• Preferably with experience in the meat industry

• Trainings: GMP, HACCP, SSOP, ServSafe
