Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Farm Operations Assistant in the Philippines to oversee production activities and manage inventory. You will support the production line, monitor quality, and ensure safety and efficiency in line with QA guidelines.

The role includes planning, production, inventory, and other operational tasks to maintain smooth, on-time fulfillment of orders and compliance with company standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Engineering, BS Statistics, BS Agricultural Business Management, BS Agricultural Economics, BS Agriculture, BS Business Administration, BS Economics, or related degrees.
• Preferably at least one-year work experience in FMCG or Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate production schedules.
• Monitor warehouse stocks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain master data in ERP and generate production reports.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Job Summary

The Farm Operations Assistant oversees, monitors, and coordinates production activities and performs tasks related to the overall management of inventory. He or she supports the production line by performing tasks that help provide fresh produce and value-added goods to the customer. The Operations Assistant must adhere to the safety guidelines, and efficiency requirements, and ensure that products and facilities meet the quality standards as set by QA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Planning

• 2.1 Manages customer orders


• 2.2 Monitors warehouse and stores stocks and replenishes accordingly


• 2.3 Prepares purchase requests for nontrade, fixed assets and other service orders


• 2.4 Maintains and updates master data in ERP


• 2.5 Prepares and coordinates production schedule to Production Helpers to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders


• 2.6 Coordinate dispatch schedule to logistics department to ensure on-time delivery of orders

Production

• 2.7 Receives goods from the Supplier and process receiving of purchase orders


• 2.8 Encodes inventory details and other production-related records in WMS (Warehouse Management System)


• 2.9 Prepare and accomplish production reports


• 2.10 Prepares delivery receipts, transfer orders (TO), and other related documents to ensure on-time and accurate dispatch of goods


• 2.11 Ensures accurate records of returned or pulled-out items from trade channels


• 2.12 Acquires necessary permits from pertinent government agencies

Inventory and Support

• 2.13 Prepares invoices for payment processing


• 2.14 Ensures accurate inventory of goods


• 2.15 Records any inventory movement in WMS and reconciles actual stocks to system-generated reports


• 2.16 Conducts regular inventory count of trade and non-trade items


• 2.17 Reconciles discrepancies between physical and system inventories and notifies the Production Officer or Manager of any irregularities


• 2.18 Monitors, coordinates, and conducts facility and equipment inspection, verification, and validation

Other Activities

• 2.19 Prepares and submits Daily Time Record (DTR) of Production Helpers/ Butchers/Utility and Security Guard


• 2.20 Monitors and reports operational bottlenecks and faulty equipment to the Production Officer or Manager


• 2.21 Recommends innovative solutions to improve operations and solve bottlenecks


• 2.22 Inspection of the production line to ensure smooth and hygienic operation


• 2.23 Maintains hygienic and organized production line


• 2.24 Performs other functions that may be required by the Operations Officer or Manager in support of the Company’s objectives

Qualifications
