AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our AI team in Makati. You will support the quality evaluation and continuous improvement of AI-powered voice bots, working with LLMs, ASR, and TTS technologies.

This hands-on role offers exposure to real-world AI conversations and rigorous QA practices. You will analyze conversations, document issues, and help optimize AI systems while learning QA guidelines, data handling, and reporting.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication and listening comprehension skills.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and conversational AI technologies.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and accurately document findings.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and digital tools.
• Eager to learn and explore new AI technologies.
• Comfortable doing repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• AI Conversation Evaluation: Analyze AI voice bot conversations using QA guidelines to identify issues in responses, conversation logic, speech recognition, and voice synthesis.
• AI Quality Monitoring: Support monitoring of AI bot performance by collecting and organizing quality metrics, identifying anomalies, and documenting issues.
• Issue Documentation & Escalation: Classify and record AI-related issues, including incorrect responses, conversation flow errors, and ASR/TTS problems, and escalate findings to the QA team.
• User Interaction Analysis: Review real user interactions to capture common expressions, feedback, and scenarios where AI responses fail to meet user needs.
• Quality Analysis Support: Prepare evaluation data, call samples, and issue summaries to support AI quality analysis, reporting, and optimization validation.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Quality Assurance Intern to join our AI team. You will support the quality evaluation and continuous improvement of AI-powered voice bots, working with technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).

This role offers hands‑on experience in evaluating real-world AI conversations, identifying AI response issues, and supporting the improvement of conversational AI systems.

What You'll Do

• AI Conversation Evaluation: Analyze AI voice bot conversations using established QA guidelines to identify issues in AI-generated responses, conversation logic, speech recognition, and voice synthesis.
