Job summary

CyTech is seeking a QA professional to own the overall quality of AI-driven systems. You will design AI testing strategies, implement automated tests, and validate AI tools to ensure performance and reliability. The role requires hands-on testing of AI-powered apps, collaboration with developers, and adherence to security standards.

This on-site position in Camiguin region involves working in a fast-paced AI-driven environment with growth opportunities and government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–3+ years of QA experience for AI-driven apps.
• Hands-on testing AI-powered apps, chatbots, or Generative AI.
• Strong manual and automation testing background.
• Proficient in Python or scripting languages.
• Experience with API testing and AI data validation.
• Knowledge of security testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of responsibility for overall quality of AI-driven systems and processes.
• Design and execute AI testing strategies, test cases, and automated workflows.
• Test and validate AI Tools and applications for quality and performance.
• Check AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Evaluate prompts and AI responses across scenarios and use cases.
• Review training datasets and data pipelines for quality and integrity.
• Build and maintain AI testing tools and automated evaluation processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure AI systems meet reliability, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
• Support AI deployment and release activities through continuous testing.
• Work with developers to resolve issues and improve AI performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience evaluating the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI tools is required.
• Knowledge of security testing is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment
