Job summary

Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. is hiring AI Conversation Evaluators to work remotely. In this role, you will participate in unscripted conversations with an AI bot and assess quality across tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and clarity.

Hiring: AI Conversation Evaluator (Remote)

About the Role

As an AI Conversation Evaluator, you will participate in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot and assess the quality of its responses. After each interaction, you will evaluate the conversation based on tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, and overall conversational quality.

Each task typically takes around 20 minutes to complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in natural conversations with an AI bot across different topics and scenarios
• Follow task instructions while maintaining a realistic conversational flow
• Evaluate AI-generated speech and conversational responses
• Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, pacing, and overall conversation quality
• Provide objective, detailed feedback based on project guidelines and evaluation rubrics
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected turnaround time

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
• Ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, fluency, and speaking style
• Comfortable participating in approximately 20-minute conversational sessions
• Previous experience in customer service, teaching, content moderation, quality assurance, audio evaluation, speech-related projects, AI evaluation, or similar roles is an advantage but not required
