Job summary

Appen Services Philippines seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to uphold data quality and client standards across the team at our Imus/Bacoor offices in Cavite. You will conduct daily QA audits, track updates, and support associates and leadership in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will monitor performance trends, prepare daily QA reports, resolve disputes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, content moderation is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking and listening (B2+).
• College degree required; relevant experience considered.
• Willingness to work on-site at Cavite offices (Imus or Bacoor).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily QA Audits to ensure adherence to processes and client requirements.
• Monitor quality updates from the client and ensure correct implementation.
• Ensure data annotations are accurate and consistent with guidelines.
• Keep clear records of issues and findings from the comparison process.

About the role

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring consistent service quality, compliance with client standards, and continuous performance improvement across the team. This position is responsible for conducting daily quality audits, managing quality-related updates, and serving as a key resource for associates and leadership in maintaining operational excellence.

The QA proactively monitors performance trends, publishes quality communications, supports the floor with real‑time guidance, and collaborates closely with supervisors, operations managers, and the client to drive a high‑quality customer experience. This role also ensures timely and accurate reporting, dispute resolution, and alignment between internal operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily QA Audits Performs a set number of quality audits each day to ensure adherence to processes, guidelines, and client requirements.

• Monitor Quality Updates Tracks and reviews all quality‑related updates received from the client to ensure timely dissemination and correct implementation

• Data Quality Assurance: Make sure all annotations are accurate and consistent by following set guidelines and standards.

• Documentation: Keep clear records of your work, including any issues or findings from the comparison process.

• Continuous Improvement: Suggest ways to improve tools and processes based on your experience and insights from the tasks. Provide on‑the‑floor support, answer associate queries, and clarify quality‑related concerns in real time.

• Publish and distribute daily QA performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance, content moderation is highly preferred

• Language Skills: Proficient in English – reading, writing, speaking, and listening (B2 level or higher)

• College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.

• Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on‑site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, Cavite
