Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to join our Consumer Finance team.

This role focuses on quality assurance and risk expertise for customer service and process initiatives, collaborating with teams across Clark, Las Vegas, and Orlando. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of auditing or related experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of operational, compliance or financial auditing experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, measure, and analyze data; monitor trends and quality gaps.
• Coordinate quality process development with departments.
• Utilize reporting tools to pull and analyze data.
• Assist in creating new audits and process reviews.
• Conduct new hire training on call monitoring practices.
