The Hird Corp. is seeking a Quality Analyst for UK financial accounts to be based on-site in Quezon City. The role requires 2+ years in quality analysis within banking operations, supporting US/UK accounts, and familiarity with quality methodologies.

You will perform audits, provide coaching, and contribute to process improvements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, and experience in a call center or shared services environment is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of Quality Analyst experience handling US and/or UK Banking Operations in a call center or shared services environment
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience supporting US or UK banking accounts is highly preferred

Required Financial Account Experience:

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

• Mortgage
• Collections
• Loan Processing
• Loan Origination
• Similar banking or lending functions

Preferred Background:

• US or UK Banking Operations
• Loan Origination Process
• Motor Financing (highly preferred)

Required Skills:

• Quality auditing and performance evaluation
• Coaching and feedback delivery
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or other quality methodologies
