Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of Quality Analyst experience handling US and/or UK Banking Operations in a call center or shared services environment.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience supporting US or UK banking accounts is highly preferred.
