Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling or 100% inspection of finished goods as per client requirements.
• Furnish Inspection Reports to QAQC Head and QAQC Supervisor.
• Ensure only PASS goods are transferred to warehouse.
• Collaborate with Production to optimize workflows.
• Verify PI, PS, AQL, client standards and samples before inspection.
• Inspect lacing, shape, fittings, stitching, accessories, packaging, and JO completeness.
• Prepare and timely submit error-free reports and maintain records.
• Maintain filing and safekeeping of artworks, patterns, and production samples.
• Observe company codes, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attend trainings to anticipate trends and drive improvement.

About the role

This position is responsible in conducting test and inspection of finish goods (sampling or 100% depends on clients requirements) to ensure that product meet the quality standards set by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sampling or 100% inspection depending on client requirement on finished goods and furnish Inspection Report to QAQC Head and QAQC Supervisor

• Ensure that only PASS goods that conform to the standard are transferred to warehouse

• Work with Production Department to optimize work flows

• Ensure that prior to inspection PI, PS, AQL, client standard and sample are available in the area of inspection to be used as standard reference

• Inspect lacing condition, shape, fitting, flex, form, sewing margins, stitches, completeness of accessories, carton sticker, stamping, printing, embroidery, material quality, and completeness of JO

• Prepare and timely submit reports that are free from errors and are kept and implemented

• Ensure proper, accurate and systematic filing and safekeeping of documents and records such as artworks, patterns, and production samples

• Observe and comply with existing company codes, policies, agreements, rules and regulations

• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleaning of work area and observe and practice environment health safety rules and regulations

• Attend trainings and seminars to anticipate potential trends and incorporate these into the improvement of the company

Qualifications

• Good observation skills, ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situation and making decision
