Sappo Hille Inc is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and control across production and processes in Dasmariñas, Cavite. You will ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while maintaining documentation and CAPA processes.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in QA/QC or related field, has strong analytical and leadership skills, and can coordinate with multiple departments and shift schedules to uphold quality standards.
We are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring that products, processes, and operations comply with established quality standards, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Supervise and monitor daily QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Conduct regular inspection, testing, and verification of raw materials, processes, finished products, and production areas.
Monitor and evaluate quality parameters, test results, and inspection records.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, GMP, sanitation, and quality control procedures, as applicable.
Review and maintain accurate QA/QC reports, checklists, monitoring records, and documentation.
Investigate quality issues, deviations, complaints, and non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments regarding quality-related concerns.
Ensure that personnel follow proper hygiene, sanitation, safety, and quality procedures.
Monitor the calibration, cleanliness, and proper use of QC testing equipment and instruments.
Conduct or assist in internal audits, inspections, and regulatory/customer audits.
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, or a related industry.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, GMP, sanitation, HACCP, and basic laboratory/quality testing is an advantage.
Familiar with quality documentation, inspection procedures, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, if required.
